If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Chair or Walker Slippers may not be returned after they have been used unless defective.

If you pre-paid with a credit card for your product and are returning due to a product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for any other reason, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Incorrect Color or Size

If we deliver the wrong color or size to you, we will send a pre-paid shipping label and deliver the correct product to you at our expense.
